What do the Blue, Green, and Red LED lights mean?

1. When your Tack GPS device is NOT plugged in to a power source:
 
Static GREEN light indicates that the device is performing a location update 
When Static GREEN light turns off, it indicates Success and you should see a new location on your app.
Static BLUE light indicates that the device is performing system tasks (e.g. firmware updates) 


Blinking BLUE light indicates that the device is starting up 

Blue and Green alternate flashing indicates that the device is acquiring GPS from the satellites. This flashing can take up to 90 secs and indicates normal operation of the device.

Red and Green alternate flashing indicates that the device battery is low, please charge the tracker when this happens

Static RED light indicates that the device has a system hardware failure 

Blinking RED light indicates that the device has failed to perform a location update. It is advised to press the power button once to try a manual sent a location update again after Blinking RED light turns off

2. When your Tack GPS device is plugged in to a power source to charge:
 
a. Static RED light indicates that the device is charging 
b. Static GREEN light indicates that the device is fully charged
