What is a "Still" interval?
To optimise battery performance, when a Tack is in the same location and no movement has been detected, it will not report its information to our server until the "Still" interval when it is forced to do a report.
How do I change my Tack's Tracking Modes?
To change Tracking Mode, go to:
Device Tab > tap on the relevant device via the Device List or via the map > Tracking Mode
The selected Tracking Mode will blink to indicate that the change is in transition, and it may take several minutes. You will receive a notification once the device has successfully changed its Tracking Mode.
Note: Tracking Mode changes would only take effect when your Tack GPS device wakes up and connects to the network to perform its next location update. If you wish to change the Tracking Mode immediately, simply press the device's Power Button to force a manual network connection.
