What Is the One-Click Alert and How Does It Work?

The One-Click Alert function on your Tack GPS device is designed to help you send an emergency alert and call for attention quickly and efficiently. Here’s how it works:

How to Use the One-Click Alert Function

1. Activate the Alert:

   • Press the Power Button once on your Tack GPS device to activate the One-Click Alert.

2. Network Connection Process:

   • The device’s LED will turn green, indicating that it is attempting to establish a network connection.

   • Once the green LED turns off, it signals a successful network connection, and an alert notification will be sent to your OurSphere app shortly.

3. Handle Connection Issues:

   • If the LED blinks red, it means the device failed to establish a network connection.

   • Wait for the red LED to stop blinking and try pressing the Power Button again.

What Happens After the Alert is Sent?

• The alert will notify the designated users via the OurSphere app, ensuring immediate attention to the situation.

• Location updates will be shared to help responders identify the device’s current position.
