Fall Detection (for Tack GPS Plus only)

The Fall Detection feature on Tack GPS Plus provides added safety, particularly for elderly individuals or users who may be at risk of falls. When a significant fall is detected, the tracker will automatically send an alert notification to the paired OurSphere app, allowing caregivers or family members to respond quickly.

How Does Fall Detection Work?

✔ Automatic Alerts – If a fall is detected, a notification is sent to the OurSphere app.
✔ AI-Powered Accuracy – Tack GPS Plus uses built-in motion sensors and AI algorithms to distinguish between normal movement and an actual fall.
✔ No Button Press Required – Alerts are triggered automatically without the user needing to press the power button.

Limitations of Fall Detection

⚠ Not 100% Guaranteed – While the AI is designed to detect significant falls, it may not detect every incident, especially if the impact is minimal.
⚠ False Triggers – Rapid movements, like jumping or dropping the device, may occasionally trigger false alerts.

How to Enable Fall Detection

1. Open the OurSphere App.
2. Select Your Tack GPS Plus Device.
3. Go to Device Settings.
4. Under Advanced Settings, toggle on Fall Detection.

Once activated, the tracker will monitor motion and notify the registered user if a fall occurs.
