At Tack One Pte Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy applies to all Tack GPS hardware devices and accessories purchased directly from Tack One Pte Ltd through our official website (tackgps.app). Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Use. Defined terms used here have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.
- RETURNS — PHYSICAL DEVICES AND ACCESSORIES
- 1.1 Eligibility. You may request a return within 14 days of your original purchase date, provided that:
- The product was purchased directly from Tack One Pte Ltd via our official website;
- The product is unused and in its original condition;
- All original packaging, accessories, charging cables, and documentation are included; and
- The product has not been registered, activated, or paired with an OurSphere account.
- 1.2 How to Request a Return. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@tackgps.app within the 14-day window. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product if relevant. We will respond with return instructions within 3 business days.
- 1.3 Return Shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
- FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your Tack GPS device arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we offer a 1-to-1 device exchange. To request an exchange, contact support@tackgps.app with:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt);
- A description of the fault; and
- Photos or video demonstrating the issue.
We will assess your request and, where the defect is confirmed, arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased through third-party retailers (including Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, or any other reseller) — please contact the relevant retailer directly for their returns process;
- Products that have been used, activated, registered to an account, or are not in their original condition;
- Products with damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow product instructions;
- Subscription fees, digital products, or software licences;
- Bundled accessories sold separately after the original package has been opened.
- REFUNDS
- 4.1 Approved Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- 4.2 Subscription Fees. Tack Cloud subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (for example, duplicate charges or billing errors). To request a subscription refund, please contact support@tackgps.app with your order details.
- 4.3 Partial Refunds. In some cases, we may issue a partial refund where the product is returned without all original components, or where the product shows signs of use.
- 4.4 Late or Missing Refunds. If you have not received your refund within 14 business days of our approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@tackgps.app.
- PURCHASES THROUGH THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS
If you purchased a Tack GPS device through a third-party retailer such as Amazon, Lazada, or Shopee, please refer directly to that retailer's returns and refunds policy. Tack One Pte Ltd is unable to process returns or refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.
- EXCEPTIONS AND DISCRETION
Tack One Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy, including where:
- The 14-day return window has expired;
- The product has been misused, altered, or damaged by the customer; or
- The return request does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 1.
We reserve the right to assess each return request on its individual merits and to make reasonable judgement calls in good faith.
