Yes, you can pair multiple Tack GPS devices with a single OurSphere account. This is a common setup for families with more than one child or pet, small teams tracking several assets, or anyone managing more than one Tack device from the same app.
How It Works
- One account, multiple devices. There is no fixed cap on the number of Tack GPS devices you can pair with your OurSphere account. Pair each additional device using the same process (QR code or Serial Number) as your first.
- Each device operates independently. Every Tack GPS tracker has its own built-in LTE-M SIM card and connects to cellular networks on its own. One device losing signal, running low on battery, or being powered off has no effect on the others.
- Each device needs its own subscription. Because each tracker uses its own SIM card and cellular connectivity, each one requires its own Tack Cloud subscription. Subscriptions are tied to the device itself (by serial number), not to your OurSphere account or email.
Adding More Devices to Your Account
- Open the OurSphere app and go to the Devices tab.
- Tap the Add Tack or + button, then follow the prompts to scan the QR code or enter the 13-character serial number of the new device.
- Once the device is paired, subscribe to your preferred plan (Standard or Premium) for that device.
