Congratulations on getting a new Tack GPS device! Setting up your Tack device and linking it to your OurSphere account is quick and easy. Follow this step-by-step guide to get started:
Step 1: Unbox Your Tack Device
Carefully unbox your Tack device and ensure all components are present, including:

Inspect the device for any visible damage. If you notice anything unusual, contact Tack Support immediately.
Step 2: Charge Your Tack Device
Connect the charging cable to your Tack device.
Plug the other end into a power source.
Allow the device to charge fully before proceeding with the setup. A full charge ensures optimal performance during initial use.
Step 3: Download the OurSphere App
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your smartphone or tablet.
Search for OurSphere.
Download and install the app on your mobile device.
Step 4: Create or Log Into Your OurSphere Account
Open the OurSphere app.
If you already have an account with our previous TackGPS app:
Enter the same login credentials and tap Sign In.

Type in the 13-character serial number manually.
Refer to the in app instructions, assign a name, and press your Tack device's power button once.

Set tracking intervals.
Enable notifications for specific alerts (e.g., geofencing, low battery).
