  • The device tracks location only when your pet's footsteps are detected.

  • This reduces unnecessary location updates when your pet is stationary, significantly improving battery life.

  • By limiting tracking to active movement, Pet Mode helps extend the device's operational duration over time.

• Limitations:

  • Pets travelling in moving vehicles will not be tracked, as no footsteps will be detected by the device.

• Recommendation:

  • Pet Mode is highly recommended for pets that wear the Tack GPS device consistently, especially in environments where conserving battery life is a priority.

How to Enable Pet Mode

1. Open the OurSphere app.

2. Navigate to the Device Tab and select your pet’s Tack GPS device.
