Your email address is associated with your login and cannot be changed directly via the app. If you need to update your email address, follow the steps below:
Steps to Change Your Email Address
Unpair or Deactivate Your Tack GPS Devices:
Go to the OurSphere app and unpair or deactivate any Tack GPS devices linked to your current account.
Leave or Delete All Spheres:
Under the Sphere tab, leave any Spheres you have joined or delete any Spheres you have created.
Delete Your Current Account:
Once all devices are unpaired or deactivated, and Spheres are managed, delete your current account.
Create a New Account:
Sign up with your new email address in the OurSphere app.
Pair your Tack GPS devices to the new account.
Important Notes
Tack Cloud Subscription:
Unpairing or deactivating your Tack GPS devices does not affect your Tack Cloud subscription.
Any unpaired or deactivated devices can be re-paired to a new account without issues.
Data and History:
Unpairing or deactivating your Tack GPS devices will result in the loss of all location data and settings associated with those devices, which cannot be carried over to the new account.
