How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at support@tackgps.app. Provide the following information:
The serial number of your Tack GPS device, which can be found:
On the back of the device.
Within the OurSphere app under Settings > Subscription Management.
A brief request stating your intention and reasons for cancelling the subscription.
If you have already submitted the required details, our customer support team will process your cancellation request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Important Notes
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. This ensures uninterrupted access to your Tack Cloud features during the remainder of the period.
Refunds are not provided for any fees already paid.
