Transferring of Tack Cloud Subscription to a Different or New Device

If you've purchased a new Tack GPS device or are replacing an existing one, you may request to transfer your Tack Cloud subscription from your old device to the new one.


How to Transfer Your Subscription

At the moment, subscription transfers cannot be done via the app. To request a transfer, please email our support team at support@tackgps.app with the following details:

  • Old Device Serial Number

  • New Device Serial Number

  • Email address(es) associated with both devices

Once we receive your request, our support team will assist you in transferring the active subscription to your new device.


Important Notes

  • Subscription transfers are handled manually to ensure account and device security.

  • The old device will no longer have an active subscription once the transfer is complete.

  • Please ensure the serial numbers provided are accurate to avoid delays.
